The aiming method is as follows:

1, aiming line, I have tried several different types of bows, and finally I think this kind of bow with aiming line is the best. When aiming, when the line of sight is reduced to a small point in the field of vision, the relative relationship between the arch and the pupil can be determined more accurately.

2. aim left and right. In the process of aiming, it is easier to master the left and right aiming. The key point of aiming left and right lies in the coincidence of three lines, one is the upper rubber band and the other is the lower rubber band, which should be shrunk into a thin line within the field of vision. The third line is the tangent of the upper and lower bow edges.

When aiming, by slightly adjusting the posture of the right hand (the hand holding the bullet), the two rubber bands shrink into two thin lines in the field of vision, and then the two thin lines completely coincide with the tangent of the bow head edge (the key point is to observe the relationship between the lower bow head edge and the rubber band). Whether the three lines overlap is the most important factor affecting the left and right accuracy, and it is also the most difficult place to master, which needs to be practiced emphatically.

If the line of sight is narrowed to a point in the field of vision, and the above three lines overlap, then there is no big problem in aiming left and right. You can practice shooting some slender columns or mineral water bottles to gain confidence.

3, aiming up and down, aiming up and down is difficult to master, and unlike aiming left and right, you can find objective indicators, but you must rely on somatosensory and muscle memory to ensure accuracy. Let's talk about the principle of aiming up and down.

The shooting process is as follows:

Lean to the target, relax all over, and sit back slightly with your center of gravity. Wrap the bullet in a leather bag, raise the left hand with the bow to shoulder height, straighten it, and raise it with the bullet in the right hand. At this point, the rubber band is in a relaxed state. Tilt your head to the right, fine-tune the posture of your left hand, shrink your eyes to a point in your field of vision (see the previous one), then pull up your bow and gently stick the rubber band on your cheek.

Fine-tune the left and right hands so that the three lines coincide (see the next section). Keep your left and right hands steady, and gently turn your waist to make the aiming point aim at the target. Pay attention to breathing, inhale to the top, and launch when you are about to exhale.
