Manufacturing technology of traditional chicken coop

Due to different classification, there are many kinds of henhouses. For example, according to their assembly forms, they can be divided into stepped, semi-stepped, stacked, stepped and stacked, and single-layer flat; According to the distance from the henhouse to the dung ditch, it can be divided into ordinary type and high bed type; According to the use, it can be divided into brooding cages, breeding cages, laying cages, breeder cages and broiler cages. Mechanical disinfection, chemical disinfection and physical disinfection can be used in the disinfection of chicken houses, among which mechanical disinfection is a conventional method, including cleaning and cleaning of animal houses, cleaning of cages, utensils and water bottles, and removal of feces, padding and feed residues.

First, there are several kinds of chicken cages for raising chickens.

1. There are many kinds of henhouses due to different classification methods.

2, if classified by use, the characteristics of each henhouse are generally as follows:

(1) henhouse: It is suitable for raising chicks aged 1-60 days, and stacked henhouses are often used in production. A common chicken coop has 4 floors and 8 cells, with a length of 180cm, a depth of 45cm and a height of 165cm. Each cage is 87cm long, 24cm high and 45cm deep, and can accommodate 10- 15 chickens.

(2) Breeding hen house: also known as chick house, it is mainly used to raise 60- 140-day-old chicks, and it is generally raised in groups. Cage combination usually adopts 3-4-layer semi-stepped or single-layer flat type. The total width is1.6-1.7m, and the height is1.7-1.8m. Each cage is 80cm long, 40cm high and 42cm deep. The mesh at the bottom of the cage is 2-4cm. The mesh on the top, side and back of the cage is 2.5cm? 2.5cm. The width of the cage door is 14- 15cm, and each cage can accommodate 7- 15 chickens.

(3) Laying hen cages: The laying hen cages currently produced in China include light hen cages (Blue Ocean White Chicken, Dika White Chicken, etc.). ) and medium-sized chicken cages suitable for medium-sized hens (blue sea brown chicken, Issa brown chicken, etc.). ), and most of them are three-level whole-step or half-step combinations. The chicken coop should have a certain slope, and the height difference between front and back is generally 5-6cm. Eggs can be rolled into the egg collection grooves at the front and bottom for easy collection.

(4) breeder cage: a group cage suitable for natural mating of breeder chickens, which mostly adopts double-layer half-step type or single-layer flat type. The height of the front net is 720-730mm, and there is no partition net in the middle. The males and hens in the cage are mixed according to a certain proportion. Chicken cages suitable for artificial insemination of breeders are divided into rooster cages and hen cages, and the structure of hen cages is the same as that of egg cages. The rooster cage has no bottom net of egg guard plate, no rolling angle and rolling gap, and other structures are the same as those of the egg chicken cage.

(5) Chicken coop for meat: it can be made of bamboo, wood, metal and plastic, mostly laminated. At present, the chicken coop made of non-toxic plastic is convenient to use, saves filler, is easy to disinfect and is corrosion-resistant, especially for eliminating chest cyst. The price is reduced by about 30% compared with similar iron wires, and the service life is prolonged by 2-3 times.

Second, the chicken house disinfection method

1, mechanical disinfection method

Conventional disinfection methods of chicken coops include cleaning chicken coops, utensils and water bottles, and removing feces, padding and feed residues. And pay attention to thoroughly remove dirt such as chicken manure, feathers and coal ash.

2, chemical disinfection method

Spray, soak and oscillate the cleaned chicken cages, cages, instruments and even workers' hands with chemical disinfectant. All surfaces, ceilings, walls and net beds of chicken coops should be disinfected with efficient and non-corrosive disinfectant and prepared according to the proportion of instructions.

3. Physical disinfection method

After cleaning, chicken coops and cages should be exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet rays, chicken coops, bedding, utensils and feed should be disinfected by dry heat, high heat boiling or high pressure steam, and animal carcasses and padding should be burned.
