When the holder applies to the bank for discount with the unexpired bank acceptance bill, he shall fill in the discount certificate in quintuplicate according to the bill.
The discount voucher is made in quintuplicate, with the first copy as the debit voucher for discount, the second copy as the credit voucher for the holder's account, the third copy as the credit voucher for discount interest, the fourth copy as the collection notice sent by the bank to the holder, and the fifth copy as the discount credit voucher by the bank accounting department according to the maturity date. The Law of Negotiable Instruments stipulates that if a bill that is allowed to stop payment is lost, the loser may apply to the bank to stop payment. If the owner applies for reporting the loss and stopping payment, he must fill in the report in triplicate and sign it.
14. Notice of Loss Reporting and Payment Stopping

The owner should fill in the Notice of Loss Reporting and Payment Stopping carefully. Fill in the name of the payer who reported the loss, the time when the bill was lost, the reason for the loss, the bill type, the bill number, the bill amount, the payer's name, the payee's name, the date of issue, the date of payment, the contact address or telephone number of the payer who reported the loss in detail, and sign it by the person who reported the loss.
Fifteen, post-it notes
A note is a piece of paper attached to a bill to make up for the fact that the bill itself cannot meet the needs of recording items. If the bill voucher cannot meet the needs of the endorser's record, a self-adhesive bill can be attached to the bill voucher.
The first person on the note should sign the draft and the note.
The first manned person refers to the first endorser who uses post-it notes. For example, C accepts the transferred bill and is the holder of the bill, and finds that there is no room for endorsement on the back of the bill. At this time, C should use post-it notes, and C is the first person to use post-it notes, and when using post-it notes, C must sign at the bonding place (the so-called stamp place) between the bill voucher and post-it notes.
The endorsement recorded on the post-it note is valid as long as it meets the formal conditions stipulated in the Bill Law.
Sixteen. Reason for refund
If the drawee or the paying bank refuses to pay when the holder entrusts the bank to collect the fare or presents it to the paying bank for payment, he may ask the paying bank (the bank where the drawee of a commercial acceptance bill opens an account, or the bank where the drawer of a cheque opens an account) or the paying bank to issue a refund statement and record the reasons for the refund.
The reason for refund can prove that the holder has exercised his rights without any result, and it has the function of replacing the proof of refusal. If the holder has reasons to refund the ticket, it is not necessary to ask for a refund certificate.
Seventeen. Bank acceptance agreement
The bank acceptance agreement is made in triplicate, with the first copy kept by the drawer and the second and third copies kept by the accepting bank.
The accepting bank will charge the drawer a handling fee of 0.5% of the face value.
After bank acceptance, both the drawer and the accepting bank must abide by the relevant laws and the terms stipulated in the bank acceptance agreement.
The accepting bank of a commercial bill must meet the following conditions: first, it has a real entrusted payment relationship with the drawer; 2. There are reliable funds to pay the amount of the draft; 3. The internal management is perfect, and it has been examined and approved by the bank authorized by its legal person.
When the drawer or holder of a bank acceptance bill presents it to the bank for acceptance, the credit department of the bank is responsible for carefully examining the drawer's qualification, credit standing, purchase and sale contract and the contents recorded in the bill according to the relevant regulations and examination and approval procedures, and the drawer can provide guarantee when necessary. If the requirements and acceptance conditions are met, an acceptance agreement shall be signed with the drawer.
