How to make rice cakes delicious and simple?

1. First, prepare 300 grams of rice in a large bowl, and pour it into clear water to soak for more than four hours. The longer the soaking time, the softer and more delicious the steamed rice cake will be. After soaking, pour it into a cooking machine, and pour water into it to become fine rice slurry.

2. Filter the beaten rice slurry with a sieve and pour it into a large bowl. Add 3g yeast and 20g sugar, and stir until the yeast and sugar melt. Then pour 50g ordinary flour, and continue to stir until there is no dry flour. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to make it double in size. It's hot now, and it will be over an hour.

3. Stir the fermented rice paste with chopsticks to exhaust the gas inside, and the batter will return to its previous delicate state. Pour the rice paste into the cake mold, and it will be 80% full. Sprinkle some raisins or dried cranberries on the surface as decoration. If you don't have a cake mold, you can also use other containers at home, such as glass crisper or bowl, but you should rub some corn oil to prevent demoulding.

4. Put the container full of rice paste into the steamer, steam for 18 minutes after SAIC, and simmer for two or three minutes after turning off the fire. The rice cake just out of the pot is fluffy and sweet. Whether it is hot or cold, it tastes great.
