Today is January 28th, which is our Chinese New Year, and every family will have a reunion dinner. Symbolizing the happiness and beauty of the new year. I can't wait for the New Year to come, because tonight there are many people setting off fireworks and the Spring Festival Gala, which is very lively.

Morning, my mother bought yesterday's red lanterns hung in the middle of the room and two strings of red chili peppers, whoever comes to my house, must feel red-hot. Mom said to me: "Today must finish your homework, or you will not see the fireworks at night." When mom said that, I remembered that I couldn't watch TV until I finished my homework. I concentrated on my homework.

After lunch, my mom and dad and I went to my grandmother's house to prepare the reunion dinner, I took my mom and dad's hands and felt that today is more warm and harmonious than usual. A family reunion together, eat white rice like white sugar. At the dinner table, you invite me to let, talk and laugh, frequently raise a glass, wish each other a happy new year.

From 7:00 p.m. onwards, I could hear the sound of footsteps exploding outside the house, and I bought a lot of fireworks to play with. At night, the sky was filled with fireworks of all shapes and sizes. They were so beautiful! The fireworks made the night look like day. The TV gala was full of wonderful programs, comedy, sketches, singing and dancing, which made me laugh.

I'm so happy to have a happy New Year with my whole family today. Chinese New Year can be so nice!
