Articles of Association of the Chinese Stomatological Association
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The name of the group is the Chinese Stomatological Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), the English name of the Chinese Stomatological Association, abbreviated as CSA.

Chapter II Scope of business
Article VI The scope of business of the Association

Chapter III Membership
Article VII Anyone who recognizes the constitution of the Association, has the will to join the Association, and meets the conditions of membership may apply for membership in the Association. Article VIII Conditions of Membership
I. Membership
1. Those who have obtained the technical positions of practicing dentists, assistant editors, assistant professors, trainee researchers, technologists, engineers and above in the field of dentistry.

3. Those who actively support the work of the Association and are engaged in the scientific and technical personnel of the organizations related to stomatology medical treatment, prevention, teaching, and scientific research, and who meet the requirements of item 1.
4. Members of other scientific and technological societies, associations or research institutes who fulfill one of the above conditions may apply for membership in the Association.
Specialty members
The members of the Association, who have been trained in the specialty to obtain the attending physician (or the corresponding) technical position, engaged in the work of the specialty for more than five consecutive years; or to obtain the specialty of the deputy director of the physician and above, or the corresponding technical position can be applied for the Association of Specialty members.
Third, senior members
The members of the Society, who are professors, researchers, chief physicians or equivalent titles, with deep academic attainments, high moral standing, and play a leading role in the development of their own disciplines, or who have outstanding achievements in their own disciplines, have made outstanding contributions, and who are enthusiastic in supporting the work of the Society and fulfilling the obligations of the senior members can be the senior members of the Society.
Fourth, Corresponding Members

V. Honorary Members

Sixth, group members

Article IX Membership Procedures

Specialty members are organized and approved by the professional committee in accordance with the provisions of this constitution, and reported to the organization of the Society's working committee for review, and the unified issuance of certificates and management by the Society.
Fellow members and honorary members are recommended by the professional committees or the organization work committee and reported to the executive board of the Society for approval. Corresponding members shall apply by themselves and be approved by the specialty committees of the Society or the organization working committee of the Society.
Group membership is applied for in writing by the legal representative of the organization to the Society and approved by the Standing Council of the Society.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan dental professionals request to join the Association, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council.
Article X Rights and Obligations of Members of All Kinds
I. Membership and Specialty Membership
(1) Rights
1. to enjoy the right to elect and to be elected;

3. to give priority to participate in the academic activities and to be selected to attend the academic events organized by the Society and the Specialty Committees at home and abroad;

II. Senior Members
In addition to enjoying and fulfilling the rights and obligations of members and specialist members, they have the following rights and obligations:

1. Participate in the argumentation and consultation on major decisions on the development strategies and policies of the national stomatology and hygiene work;

3. Corresponding Members
(1) Rights
1. Suggestions and criticisms on the work of the Association;
2. Priority to participate in international academic conferences organized by the Association;
3. Priority to obtain the relevant academic materials published by the Association.
(2) Obligations
1. To implement the relevant resolutions of the Association and complete the work entrusted by the Association;
2. To pay the membership fee on time.
Four, group members
(I) rights
1. to send representatives to participate in domestic and international academic activities organized by the Society;
2. to obtain the Society's relevant academic information;
3. to request the Society to give technical advice;
4. to request the Society to assist in the organization of training courses and domestic and international academic seminars.
(2) Obligations
1. to abide by the constitution of the Society, implement the resolutions of the Society and accept the work entrusted by the Society;

3. to reflect the opinions and requirements of the scientific and technical personnel of the organization to the Society;
4. to pay the membership fee on time and to raise funds for the development of the Society.
Article 11: The membership certificates and appointment letters of all kinds shall be issued by the Association. Members across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to transfer work, the membership transfer procedures.

Chapter IV: Organization and responsible person generation, removal
Article 13 The supreme authority of the Association is the National Membership Congress. The National Members' Congress shall be convened once every five years, and when it needs to be convened earlier or postponed due to special circumstances, it shall be discussed and approved by the Board of Directors or the Standing Committee, and reported to the department in charge of the business and the registration and management organ of the association for consent, but the postponement of the convening of the Congress shall not exceed one year at the longest.
Article 14 Powers of the National General Assembly
I. To consider and approve the work report of the Board of Directors and the report on the management and utilization of the assets of the Society;
II. To decide on the work policy and tasks of the Society;
III. To conduct democratic consultation, to elect and remove directors, and to elect an honorary president;
IV. To formulate and revise the Articles of Association of the Society;
V. Adoption of proposals and resolutions;
VI. Decision on termination.
Article 15 The National Members' Congress shall be convened only if more than 2/3 of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions shall come into effect only if they are voted on by more than half of the members' representatives present.
Article 16 Powers and Functions of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall be the executive body of the National General Assembly when it is not in session, and it shall lead the Association to carry out its daily work.
I. Implementing the resolutions of the National General Meeting of Members, it is responsible for leading and organizing the work of the Association;
II. Convening the National General Meeting of Members, and reporting to the General Meeting on its work as well as on the management and use of its assets;
III. Electing and recalling the President, Vice-Presidents and the Secretary General.
IV. Decide on the establishment of professional committees and working committees and lead their work;
V. Approve plans for academic conferences and work plans;
VI. Decide on the establishment of offices, branches, representative organizations and entities;
VII. Decide on the appointment of deputy secretaries-general and the principal officers of each organization;
VIII, To raise funds for the activities of the Society and supervise their use;
9. To guide the work of local dental societies;
10. To carry out the work of awards and commendations;
11. To decide on other important matters.
The Council shall be convened once a year, or earlier or later if necessary. The Council shall be convened with the attendance of more than 2/3 of the members, and its resolutions shall be voted by more than 2/3 of the members present before they come into effect. Article 18 The term of office of the directors, executive directors, vice-presidents and presidents shall be until the election of a new board of directors at the next National Members' Congress.
Article 19 The president, vice-president and secretary-general must have the following conditions:

Two, a greater influence in the business field of the organization;
Three, the maximum age of the office of the age of 70 years old, and the secretary-general is a full-time;
Directly, good health, and be able to adhere to the normal work;
V. Has not been subjected to criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights;
VI. Has full capacity for civil behavior.
Article 20 The term of office of the President, Vice-President and Secretary-General shall not exceed two terms, if special circumstances require an extension of the term of office (or more than the maximum age of office), shall be approved by a majority vote of more than 2/3 of the Board of Governors, and reported to the Ministry of Health for review and approval by the Ministry of Civil Affairs before taking office. If the person reaches the age during the term of office, the term may be extended until a new term of office is held.
Article 21 In the period between member congresses, due to various reasons to the Secretary-General of the person in charge of the adjustment, replacement, shall be agreed by the Ministry of Health, reported to the Ministry of Civil Affairs for approval, in accordance with the procedures set out in the statutes.
Article 22 The President shall be the legal representative of the Association and shall not be the legal representative of other organizations.
Article 23 The President shall exercise the following powers and functions:
1. convene and preside over the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Council;
2. check the implementation of the resolutions of the National General Meeting of the Members, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Council;
3. sign relevant important documents on behalf of the Association.
Fourth, preside over the President, the Secretary-General's Office, listen to the Secretary-General's work report, check the work of the office.
Article 24 of the Secretary-General to exercise the following powers:

six, accept the work of the Society entrusted by the president and vice-president;
seven, deal with other day-to-day affairs

Article 25 The Society shall have an honorary president, who shall be elected from among the experts or outgoing presidents who have significant influence in the field of dentistry, and the term of office shall be one term.
Article 26 The Association shall have honorary directors and honorary governing units. Academically outstanding achievements; outstanding contribution to the work of the Association; no longer serve as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Director of the well-known experts, approved by the Executive Council, appointed as honorary director. Active support and sponsorship of the Society's work at home and abroad pharmaceutical and health enterprises and institutions, approved by the Executive Council, can be appointed as honorary director of the current unit.
Article 27 The Council may, as appropriate, set up a number of working committees according to the needs of its work to undertake the tasks entrusted to it by the Council.
Article 28 The Association shall, according to different disciplines and specialties, set up specialty committees (the official name of which shall be "Specialty Committee of the Chinese Dental Association") with the approval of the Standing Council, and report them to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Civil Affairs for examination and approval. The Specialty Committee is a branch under the leadership of the Council, responsible for organizing the business activities of the discipline (specialty). Chapter V Asset Management, Principles of Use
Article 30 The Society's sources of funding
A. Funding from the relevant departments;

Article 31 The Society collects membership dues and accepts grants and donations in accordance with the relevant state regulations.
Article 32 of the Society's financial management

Article 33 The funds of the Association must be used for the scope of business and the development of the cause as stipulated in the Articles of Association, and shall not be distributed among the members.
Article 34 The assets of the Association shall not be misappropriated, privatized or misappropriated by any unit or individual.
Article 35 The Association shall be subject to financial audits organized by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Civil Affairs before the change of term and the replacement of legal representatives.
Chapter 6 Procedures for Revision of the Articles of Association
Article 36 Revision of the Articles of Association shall be submitted to the National Congress of Members for consideration and adoption after being voted on and approved by the Board of Directors.
Article 37 The revised constitution shall be submitted to the Ministry of Health for examination and approval within 15 days after it is adopted by the National Members' Congress and shall come into effect after it is approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
Chapter VII Termination Procedures and Disposal of Property after Termination
Article 38 When the Association is unable to carry out normal activities due to certain reasons, the Board of Governors or the Standing Committee shall propose a motion for termination, which shall be voted on by more than two-thirds of the member representatives at the National General Meeting of the Association and reviewed and agreed upon by the Ministry of Health.
Article 39 Before the termination of the Association, a liquidation organization shall be set up under the guidance of the Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities to liquidate the debts and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation. The termination shall take place after the Ministry of Civil Affairs handles the deregistration procedures.
Article 40 The remaining property after the termination of the Association, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, shall be used for the development of the cause of dentistry in China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
Chapter VIII Bylaws
Article 41 The emblem of the Association is a flat C-shaped frame with the English and Chinese names of the Association in the top and bottom of the frame, a snake and a staff in the center of the C, with the snake twisting around the staff and a map of China in the background.
Article 42 This constitution was adopted by the National Congress on September 26, 2006 of the Association.
Article 43 The power of interpretation of this constitution shall be vested in the Council.
Article 44 This constitution shall enter into force after it has been approved by the registration authority of the association.
