The food in Pingyin county includes Shengjing beef, rose pear balls, Dong 'e tofu, Dong 'e kimchi and Pingyin tofu skin.
1, Shengjing beef: originated from the traditional Luxi yellow cattle raised locally in Ancheng in Qing Dynasty, and processed into braised beef and sauce beef.
