The practice of beating soybean milk by yourself
Preparation materials: soybeans, drinking water and sugar.
1. Remove impurities from soybeans and soak them in clear water for one night.
2. Put the soaked soybeans into a cooking machine and add 500ml of water.
3. Stir it into pieces with a cooking machine, stop playing for more than ten seconds, then play again, and repeat it several times.
4. Pour the beaten bean dregs water into a deep pot (the organic matter of soybean milk will expand to form bubbles after being heated, making it float).
5. Add 500ml of water and cook together. When cooking, stir constantly. When the bubbles start to rise, turn down the fire. If it rises badly, add a little cold water to cool it down. This process takes 15 minutes.
6. Filter the cooked soybean milk into another pot with a sieve.
7. Pour the bean dregs back into the pot, add 500ml of water and boil for 5 minutes, then filter into the pot just put in the soybean milk and mix well.
8. Boil the filtered soybean milk, and add appropriate amount of rock sugar to drink.
9. Finally, you can put the remaining soybean milk in the refrigerator and heat it before each drink.
