Which is better, Wushu or Sanda?
Wushu is the floorboard of all kinds of fighting in China, including health martial arts, artistic martial arts, practical martial arts, war martial arts and so on, including Sanda.
According to popular understanding, Wushu can be divided into three mainstream categories: competitive Wushu routines, traditional Wushu (a complex system) and Sanda. This is the current official classification.
Competitive Wushu routines that ordinary people don't understand are called Wushu, while professional Wushu routines are either called Wushu or competitive Wushu. This project should be said to be a combination of traditional Wushu routines and modern sports, and it belongs to an innovative Wushu form. Due to cultural factors, China did not form competitive sports like Greek in history. Although we also have this form, such as ancient cuju, gobang, wrestling, playing marbles, archery and so on. We didn't form a sports meeting with great influence and wide public participation like the Olympic Games.
