Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 1968. It is a group enterprise in China that designs and manufactures large-scale complete sets of equipment with turbine machinery as the core.

According to the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Enterprise Patent Work, combined with its own development characteristics, the Measures for the Administration of Patent Work of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Intellectual Property Management System of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. were formulated. The Intellectual Property Management Committee was also established, with the chief engineer of the company as the director, and the work of the Committee was institutionalized. Hold a meeting once a year to summarize the company's intellectual property work this year, find out the existing problems, put forward suggestions for improvement, discuss and formulate the work plan for the next year, and give comprehensive guidance to the specific issues in practical work.

In the daily R&D process, the Group pays attention to the application of patent system rules and comprehensively develops the enterprise patent strategy. Shaanxi Drum Group is a national large-scale professional backbone enterprise that designs, manufactures and supplies large-scale turbine blowers, compressors and energy recovery devices. Our products mainly include 30 series, including axial compressor, energy recovery turbine (TRT), centrifugal compressor, centrifugal blower and ventilator, with nearly 500 varieties and specifications. The technical field involves professional knowledge such as fluid mechanics, mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design and automatic control. Therefore, strengthening patent strategy research is an important content of intellectual property work of Shaanxi Drum Group. R&D personnel make full use of all kinds of information in their work, search patent documents, and provide decisions for scientific research, production and management of enterprises.

In the intellectual property management system and patent work management measures formulated by the Group, there is a clear reward system for patent application projects. After applying for a patent and obtaining a patent certificate, the company will give the inventor or designer a certain amount of reward; Patent work will be included in the work assessment of the unit to stimulate scientific and technological innovation. Carry out multidisciplinary patent technology research in combination with product characteristics within the company, combine specific requirements with their own work, and increase the number of patent applications.

At the same time, the Group also continuously publicizes patent knowledge, enhances employees' awareness and strengthens self-protection of enterprises. Use the company's radio, television, newspapers and other publicity tools to publicize the legal knowledge about intellectual property rights to employees, improve their patent awareness and enhance their self-protection ability. And organize employees to sign personal commitment letters to enhance their sense of responsibility for intellectual property protection of the company and strengthen their ideological understanding. In 2004, Shaanxi Drum Group was identified as the second batch of patent pilot units of enterprises and institutions in China. In order to ensure the smooth development of the company's patent pilot work, the company set up a patent pilot work leading group, with the general manager as the leader and the chief engineer as the deputy leader. The team members are composed of the heads of general manager's office, chief engineer's office, technical line office, financial management office, human resources department and other units, as well as the company's legal adviser and intellectual property administrator, who are responsible for all the management work during the pilot period and coordinate the problems encountered in the work.
