1, Jiangjin liquor, produced in Jiangjin, Chongqing. Firstly, the whole sorghum is soaked in boiling water, cooked and gelatinized, spread and cooled, then cultivated and saccharified, continuously fermented, distilled at a fixed time and constant temperature, aged and esterified to make the wine more mellow and full, and finally inspected, blended and bottled. The whole process has implemented three requirements: unity, transparency and applicability. The wine is clear and transparent, pure without impurities, mellow and fragrant, and has a sweet aftertaste.
