Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Intestinal Epithelial Metaplasia by Thread Moxibustion without Western Medicine (attached medical record)

The symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia are generally manifested as epigastric discomfort, acid regurgitation and heartburn, foreign body sensation or heat sensation in throat or esophagus, and loss of appetite. It should be noted that the clinical symptoms of patients are not directly proportional to the severity of mucosal intestinal metaplasia under gastroscope. Mild symptoms do not mean mild illness. Gastroscopy and biopsy are the main methods. Gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is a precancerous lesion of gastric cancer, which is more serious and must be paid attention to.

1. First of all, acupuncture treatment, through meridian differentiation, can quickly relieve symptoms such as epigastric discomfort and acid reflux. 2. Then use traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion to improve the function of spleen and stomach. Generally, the traditional Chinese medicine for warming yang is ground into powder, made into paste, applied to the stomach or corresponding back, and then fumigated with moxibustion to further penetrate the medicine.

3. Re-apply the state-level intangible cultural heritage-acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine thread, and generally select 0.5-inch points on the navel for moxibustion, so as to remove blood stasis, promote innovation, strengthen the body resistance and consolidate the foundation.

Comprehensive application of the above three TCM therapies can improve the body's resistance, delay the intestinal metaplasia and cure chronic atrophic gastritis.
