What's a dalepa?

Daliba is a Russian staple bread. In Harbin, many of the names of food products have followed the Russian translation of the name, small Russian bread called "Shak", dried bread called "Sukhli" and so on. Dolmen is large, hard crust, eaten in slices with butter and soup of Sopo to taste. Daleba is made from flour, hops, and salt in accordance with traditional Russian techniques. When it is made, it is fermented with hop yeast, salt is added to it, and it is baked on linden or birch wood, which makes it crispy, soft, and salty. The baked bread can be stored for a week in summer and about a month in winter.
