The following year, in February of the 29th year of Guangxu (Gregorian calendar1March 903 19), Beiyang Technology School officially opened. In April of the same year, Fujii led 19 students to travel to Japan and visit the Osaka World Expo for two months. In May of the lunar calendar, he became the general manager of Zhou School. In August of the lunar calendar, a new school building was completed. Since February, dozens of northeast buildings in front of Gongyuan have been built into lecture halls, offices and education offices. Tunxi's chemical plant and machinery factory have been completed and put into use at the same time.
