Article 7 The enrollment brochure of an enrollment institution shall be submitted to the higher education administrative department of the school for examination and approval, and copied to the provincial enrollment department for the record. Twenty-ninth admissions institutions in any of the following circumstances, will cancel the school enrollment qualification according to these measures.

Article 30. Upon verification, candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified from physical training, martial arts and traditional national sports in that year, and those who have already enrolled will be disqualified, and will be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education).

Thirty-first physical education professional and cultural examination units shall, in accordance with the requirements of the organization of the college entrance examination of the Ministry of Education, standardize the examination process and strictly continue the examination room. If there are irregularities in the examination organization process, once verified, they will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education; If it constitutes a crime, it will be handed over to the judicial department for criminal responsibility according to law.

Article 32 Admissions colleges and their staff who practice favoritism and fraud in the enrollment work will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Measures for Dealing with Illegal Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.36 of the Ministry of Education) once verified; If it constitutes a crime, it will be handed over to the judicial department for criminal responsibility according to law.

Thirty-third matters not covered by these Measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.

Article 34 These Measures shall be interpreted by the Department of Science and Education of the State Sports General Administration and the Department of College Students of the Ministry of Education.
