A brief introduction to B&B Songyang Feiyu

Leila Private Tour Songyang Project is located in Chenjiapu Village, Sidu Township, Songyang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, with an altitude of 800 meters. Originally a post station in the Ming Dynasty, it was a good place for summer vacation.

○ Songyang was praised by National Geographic magazine as the last secret land in the south of the Yangtze River, the county specimen of classical China. There are 7 1 ancient villages listed in the protection list of traditional villages in China, ranking first in East China. It is one of the counties with the richest local architectural forms, the most complete preservation of clan culture and the most distinctive inheritance of folk culture. Chenjiapu is one of the traditional villages under special protection.

B&B features-

○ In the overall planning of the building, I hope to rebuild the rural public space and retain the original very good sense of settlement and spatial structure. Integration of old and new. I hope that in the village of hundreds of years, the contemporary design language will be superimposed, leaving the mark of the present era, which has a sense of time and space.

○ The design retains the original rammed earth wall style, which is in harmony with the local natural ecology, integrated into the village, low-key and restrained, and the texture is just right. Although it is in the village, the mobile line is isolated from the village to ensure the privacy of the guests. Most of the rooms are adjacent to terraces overlooking the canyon. Through the large floor-to-ceiling glass, you can see the green hills on sunny days and the rolling clouds on cloudy days.
