How high is the water temperature needed to brew Puerh tea, Oolong tea, black tea, green tea and flower tea?
Puerh tea: ripe Puerh 95-100 degrees, raw Puerh 85-95 degrees.
Oolong tea: high-grade about 90 degrees, medium-low 95-100 degrees
Black tea: high-grade about 95 degrees, medium-low 95-100 degrees
Green tea: medium-high 75 degrees, low 85 or so
Flowering tea: medium-high 75 degrees, low 85 or so
