Introduction of Yong Dong Park Landscape
Opposite the gate of Yong Dong Park is Huaiyin Avenue with red walls and glazed tiles. These buildings are carved with dragons and painted with phoenix. On both sides of the gate, stone lions and rockeries stand face to face. Across the rockery is a pavilion. You can't miss the ancient trees in Gu Gan in the park. Xiaowen Temple is next to the locust tree.
There is a white statue of Yong Dong and the seven fairies holding hands in the filial piety temple. Yong Dong's life was introduced in the shrine, as well as Yong Dong's cultural relics, tablet stickers, genealogy, celebrity calligraphy and painting.
Besides the filial piety temple, there are some small scenic spots, such as Yong Dong Monument, Lisi Bridge, Qingfeng Pavilion and Yuyan Pavilion, as well as amusement parks and flower bonsai gardens. Perfect service facilities can meet the different needs of passengers.
The construction of Yong Dong Park is more to promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. As early as the early 1980s, in order to promote Xiaogan's urban culture, filial piety culture and Yong Dong's industrious and simple spirit, the government displayed traditional culture in the form of parks.
