How long is the shelf life of peanut oil pressed in rural areas?
This peanut oil has a shelf life of two years.
The traditional oil extraction process can not completely remove impurities and harmful substances from peanuts. Without refining and deodorization, the pressed oil is prone to oxidative deterioration, and its shelf life will be affected by many factors such as environmental temperature, light, oxygen, moisture, metal ions and so on.
It should be noted that peanut oil squeezed in rural areas should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, so as to extend the shelf life.
