1, raw material screening:

Screening machinery is generally selected by the mouth of the material, wind selection part, lifting part, screening part and several parts of the mouth of the material. Sifting is to sieve out the fine sand and impurity particles in the raw material. Wind selection removes empty shells, immature seeds in the raw material, while classification machinery can divide sunflower seeds into three grades: large, medium and small. 2, cleaning:

Therefore, after screening sunflower seeds should also be carefully cleaned. Sunflower seed cleaning can be divided into two steps of water fishing and water rinse. Fishing is to put the sunflower seeds in a water basin. In the basin filled with water, with a large strainer repeatedly stirred, the initial clean sunflower seeds out. The water not only washes away most of the dirt from the sunflower seeds, but also deposits the heavier sand and gravel at the bottom of the water basin. Fished sunflower seeds need to be put back into the drum, for repeated rinsing, rinsed sunflower seeds can enter the next process of boiling seasoning.

3, boiled seasoning
