At the same time, wearing inappropriate shoes, bad posture and other acquired factors will also aggravate flat feet. At this stage. External help has a vital influence on the growth of children's foot muscles. Unfortunately, in China, most parents and schools don't realize the importance of children's foot health. In fact, the choice of children's shoes of different ages is different. From the professional standards of children's shoes, there are pre-step shoes, toddler shoes and steady shoes. So, how should children of all ages choose the right children's shoes?

The first stage: baby 15 months ago, from crawling stage to beginner walking stage.

At this stage, the baby begins to try to stand and walk. At this stage, the baby should be encouraged to go barefoot indoors, so that the feet can directly touch the ground, increase the sense of grasping the ground and cultivate a sense of balance. In order to keep warm and avoid foot injuries, shoes with thin soles and soft bodies are also encouraged indoors. Outside, the ground environment is complex, so it is recommended to wear protective shoes.

The second stage: 15 months later, early toddler (unsteady gait)

At this stage, children are in the toddler stage and begin to have more time to walk. However, due to the unstable gait, it is recommended to wear toddler shoes with easy twists and turns in the front. It is best to design the shoe body with mesh cloth, and the sole should be thin and soft, so that the shoe is easy to bend and the child can easily start when walking.

The third stage: 24 months to 48 months, stable period (gait stability)

At this stage, children are in a stable stage, their feet bear the weight for a long time, and the soles of their feet are covered with thick fat, which makes it easy to crush their feet. At the same time, they also have obvious hallux valgus and x-shaped legs. At this stage, children should wear steady shoes with hard soled shoes. This kind of shoes need a particularly hard heel cup to further control the eversion of the hind foot and gently support the arch. At the same time, the sole should be easy to bend and start.
