What is Misty Poetry

Misty Poetry is a very important literary genre in the new era, which is the product of a group of young people (Shu Ting, Gu Cheng, Jiang He, Yang Lian and so on) who began to awaken to their self-consciousness at the end of the Cultural Revolution, and who made use of the form of poetry to reflect on the reality and pursue the independent aesthetic value of poetry.
