What is "full heat recovery type"?

"Full heat recovery type" is a device used in the air conditioning system to perform full heat exchange between the fresh air and the exhaust air, and energy-saving recovery of the cooling capacity (or heat) in the exhaust air into the fresh air, reducing the load of the main air conditioning equipment to achieve energy saving purpose.

By firmly attaching a high-efficiency dedicated molecular sieve layer to the aluminum substrate, both efficient sensible heat exchange (aluminum substrate) and efficient latent heat exchange (dedicated molecular sieve adsorption layer) can be achieved simultaneously. It can easily achieve a total heat exchange efficiency of more than 80% for fresh air at economical wind speed.

The total heat exchanger adjusts the outdoor air temperature to close to the indoor air temperature through pipes and then sends it indoors, which can continuously provide high-performance and efficient ventilation. The fresh air total heat exchanger drives air circulation indoors to form a constant humidity space; the equipment filters out outdoor air dust and other pollutants to replenish indoor fresh air. Windows can be opened for ventilation when the air conditioner is turned on.

There are two types of recovery equipment: one is sensible heat recovery type, and the other is full heat recovery type.

The energy recovered by the sensible heat recovery type is reflected in the temperature difference between the fresh air and the exhaust air; while the energy recovered by the full heat recovery type is reflected in the enthalpy difference between the fresh air and the exhaust air. From this perspective alone, the energy recovered by total heat recovery is greater than the energy recovered by sensible heat recovery. The factor of recovery efficiency is not considered here. Therefore, the full heat recovery type is a more energy-saving device.
