Why is it so rare to see Chinese officials promoting Hanfu as a national costume?

Why is it so rare to see Chinese officials promoting Hanfu as a national costume?

There are two reasons!

They are attributed to external reasons and internal reasons respectively.

One external reason: the strong intervention of Western civilization.

After overthrowing the Mongolian rule, the Ming Dynasty developed Han clothing, Han theory, and Han system!

Since ancient times, Confucianism has emphasized loyalty, filial piety, benevolence and righteousness. The words "loyalty" and "filial piety" have an extremely high status in Chinese history. In addition, Chinese civilization stood out in the ancient East.

So even though we have been afraid of the iron cavalry of the northern nomads, our civilization has never been afraid of anyone!

Because Chinese civilization had two absolute advantages before it encountered Western civilization, that is, its absolute advancement and the huge vitality under the concept of loyalty and filial piety!

Therefore, without the strong intervention of Western civilization, the Chinese dynasty after the Qing Dynasty would still strictly and conscientiously restore Hanfu and Hanli under the Confucian concept of loyalty and filial piety...!

Even though it is inevitably influenced by some Qing Dynasty, orthodox Hanfu will still strictly draw on the tradition of Ming Dynasty costumes and inherit it!

The second internal reason: the ethnic policy under the unification.

Under the interference of Western democratic ideas, we have to implement excessive ethnic equality policies, and are even forced to slander and spread rumors from Western hostile forces, such as "What kind of persecution of ethnic minorities! Assimilate ethnic minorities into Chinese...!"

What suits are today is not because suits are inherently good, but because they have been well developed and improved!

In the same way, although I support the revival of orthodox and complicated Hanfu, I hope even more that improved Hanfu will be recognized by everyone!

The above two reasons have combined to contribute to the current situation of Hanfu!

I am confident that if there is no fault between the Manchu and Qing dynasties, we will at least spontaneously use Hanfu as festival wear and home wear among the people like Korea and Japan.

Without Western cultural erosion, it is very possible for us to fully restore Hanfu!

Without the country's deformed ethnic policies, the Han people would be able to regain their lost heritage without any worries!

Without the complexity of Hanfu, no one can stop the strong return of Hanfu!

So I think these four points are key factors.
