What is the main structure of UV adhesive?

UV adhesive that is ultraviolet light curing adhesive.

UV adhesive is also known as photosensitive adhesive, ultraviolet light curing adhesive, UV adhesive refers to a class of adhesives that must be irradiated by ultraviolet light in order to be cured, UV is the abbreviation of the English Ultraviolet Rays, i.e. ultraviolet light. Ultraviolet (UV) is invisible to the naked eye, is a section of electromagnetic radiation other than visible light, wavelengths in the range of 10 ~ 400nm.

UV adhesive curing principle is UV curing materials in the photoinitiator (or photosensitizer) in the ultraviolet radiation absorption of ultraviolet light to produce reactive radicals or cations, triggering the monomer polymerization, crosslinking and branching of the chemical reaction, so that the adhesive in a few seconds from the liquid state into a solid state.

UV adhesive is widely used in: glass furniture, electronic scales, electronic components, LCD, LED lenses, aluminum substrate, plastic, handicrafts, motors, wiring fixed and reinforced, headset jumper fixed, solder joint protection, coil voice coil fixed, laser head, optical lens, IC cards and chips, clocks and watches, electronics, all kinds of transparent plastic material fixing, bonding, sealing and potting.
