What is equity incentive
Equity incentive, also known as option incentive, is a long-term incentive mechanism implemented by companies in order to motivate and retain core talents. It is currently one of the most commonly used methods to motivate employees.
Equity incentives mainly provide employees with partial shareholder rights through conditions, so that they have a sense of ownership, thereby forming a common interest with the company, promoting the mutual growth of the company and employees, thereby helping the company achieve the long-term goal of stable development.
