How is non-woven fabric made? Can it be downgraded?
Non-woven fabrics have also become non-woven fabrics (called in Taiwan Province Province) and non-woven fabrics (more formal scientific name). Traditional fabrics, whether woven, knitted or other weaving methods, have to go through fiber-spinning-weaving, and non-woven fabrics do not need spinning, hence the name.
The main process of non-woven fabrics is fiber netting-consolidation-post-treatment, and the types are mainly classified according to the methods of solid netting, including spunbonding, spunlace, impregnation, needling and hot rolling.
Whether it can be degraded depends mainly on the type of fiber. If it is all-natural fiber, it is definitely possible.
