How to evaluate the work of Beidaluo research group?

Researcher Luo from Peking University Institute of Organic Chemistry and Peking University-Tsinghua University Joint Center for Life Sciences intends to work in many frontier and cross fields of chemical biology and organic synthetic chemistry. 1) the mechanism of action of small molecules with important biological activities and the corresponding biological research;

2) Using the "bump-hole" strategy to construct allele-specific protein molecules and study the corresponding protein function.

Luo's main achievements

1) An experimental system was established by using the "bump-hole" strategy, and the function and function of specific enzymes were studied by manipulating the binding sites of protein/small molecular probes.

2) Develop new biological orthogonal reaction.

3) Preparation of probe molecules activated in situ for studying specific kinases or G protein-coupled receptors.
