How to make a sundial ..

Materials and tools: a cardboard, a compass, scissors, pencils and toothpicks.

1. First, draw a big circular pattern on the cardboard with a compass.

2. Then draw two smaller circular patterns in the big circle.

3. Then cut the big circle with scissors.

4. Then divide the sides of the great circle into twelve parts.

5. After dividing into twelve parts, mark the time between the two circular edges with a pencil.

6. After marking, put a toothpick through the cardboard and put it in the middle.

7. Then make the cardboard into a triangular base, and the angle of the hypotenuse is the local latitude.

8. Finally completed such a complete sundial.
