Construction method of tile joint filling

Preparation before construction

First, water is added into the container in proportion (powder: water = 4: 1), then the powder is slowly poured in, and then the powder is stirred evenly with a wooden roller or an electric tool to form a paste, without granulation, and then it is allowed to stand for 5 minutes and then stirred. Joint filling should be completed within 3-4 hours.

Joint sealant construction

Joint filler Fill the brick diagonally with a sponge scraper or a suitable tool. After 24 hours, clean the joint filler on the surface of the tile with a wet sponge. If it is not easy to clean, it can be washed in the laundry or assisted by 3% dilute hydrochloric acid. The dosage depends on the joint and depth of the brick, generally 0.5~3 kg per square. Please remove the excess mucus before it dries.
