What are the common ways to print and copy paper?

1. Inkjet printing is used for copy paper. As the name implies, inkjet printing is instructed by the machine, and ink particles are ejected from the nozzle and copied to form words or images.

2. Copy paper printing adopts screen printing, which is called four printing methods together with lithography, gravure printing and gravure printing. After the copy paper is placed under the screen, the ink with lacquer viscosity is coated on the screen. Finally, the ink diffuses through the holes in the template and is extruded onto the paper under the screen. This is done by pulling the rubber scraper on the screen. The method of decorating objects by screen printing is very old. Now, almost any surface with different shapes or sizes can be printed by screen printing.

3. Copy paper printing uses thermal transfer. Thermal transfer is a special indirect transfer and a new printing process. Modern thermal transfer printing should first use special ink and, in some cases, special paper. Patterns are usually printed on paper by gravure printing. Paper can use special heat-resistant printing paper and coated paper. It can be printed on a single sheet of paper or a web. The dried printed graphic fabric is heated, and when it reaches about 199 degrees, the ink changes from solid to vapor (sublimation). This allows dyes to enter the fabric fibers and dye them.

4. Copying paper is printed in lithography, which is based on the principle that oil and water repel each other. The printing process is as follows: first, an image part with ink is formed on the lithography. The image can be drawn directly on the lithography with an oily pen, or it can be formed by photography. Secondly, supply water to the printing plate. Water covers the non-graphic part of the printing plate. Because oil and water repel each other, water is repelled by images and ink is partially repelled by water. Then the paper is pressed on the lithographic surface, and the inked image is transferred to the paper. In addition, lithography is often called offset printing.

5. Letterpress printing is used for copy paper printing. When the ink is coated on the raised surface and covered with a piece of paper, the ink is transferred to the paper. The printing method using this principle is called relief printing, and the rubber stamp is a tool for embossing through relief printing, which transfers the ink from the raised surface to the copy paper. The principle of image inversion in convex printing is not difficult to understand, but there is still a problem to consider. Printing raised graphics and texts on copy paper is reverse writing, so that positive content can be printed when printing.

6. Letterpress printing is used for copy paper printing. The ink is transferred from the concave surface to the paper, and the graphic part on the gravure is lower than or trapped on the surface of the printing plate. In the printing process, the whole printing surface is first coated with ink, and then the layout is wiped clean, thus leaving the ink in the concave part of the printing. Then the paper is pressed on the printing plate and the ink is transferred to the paper. Copy paper is soft, it can be bent and stretched to the concave part of the intaglio. Many different printing machines use platform and cylinder plates to print various products, and many printed fabrics are also gravure products. Please note that the concave image of intaglio must be made in the opposite direction in order to print the words written on paper. Changhuan paper industry
