Excuse me, dealer? Direct seller? Agent? How to understand it?
Agent and distributor are completely different concepts. The agent takes care of the business on behalf of the enterprise, not buying out the products of the enterprise, but giving the manufacturer a quota. The ownership of goods belongs to the producer, not to the merchant. They also don't use their own products, but sell them on behalf of enterprises. So "agent" generally refers to the business unit that earns agency commission.
Direct distributor refers to a marketing method that products are not distributed through traditional public sales channels such as shopping malls and supermarkets, but are directly organized by manufacturers or distributors.
The World Direct Selling Association defines the concept of direct selling as follows:
Direct selling means that independent marketers directly introduce products and services to consumers in places other than fixed retail stores (such as personal residences, workplaces or other places) to market consumer goods.
