How to brew fruit wine

Preparation materials: litchi 500g, white wine, rock sugar.

1. Wash litchi peel and control water.

2. Remove the skin for later use.

3. Wash a water-free and oil-free jar.

4. Sterilize the jar with highly alcoholic liquor.

5. Prepare rock sugar, preferably big and broken.
