How to process photos into paper-cut pictures

The steps of processing photos into paper-cut pictures are as follows:

1. After opening the PS software on the computer, open the image to be processed, click the above picture and select to remove the color.

2. Select the Gaussian Blur filter, set the radius to 3.0 pixels, and then click OK.

3. Press CTRL+E to merge copy 2 of background layer 0 into copy 0 of background layer.

4. Merge into one layer to get a copy of layer 0.

5. Click the magic wand tool on the left, select the white part, and then press Delete to clear the selection. You can see the following effects by hiding the background layer, as shown in the figure below.

6. Create a new layer 1, fill it with white, and drag it to the copy of the background layer 0, as shown below.

7. Double-click Copy 0 and Copy 2 of the background layer to open the layer style panel and add projection and color superposition effects. The parameters are basically default, and some information lines can be adjusted as appropriate.
