The practice of homemade cookies

The simple way to make homemade cookies is as follows:

1. Pour the corn oil into the basin, add the brown sugar and beat well with an egg beater.

2. Add eggs and continue to stir evenly. Add low-gluten flour, baking powder and oatmeal.

3. Mix all the materials into balls (don't rub them hard).

4. Arrange the balls with proper size on the baking tray, leaving a certain interval in the middle.
