Rice Noodles (a traditional Chinese noodle dish)

Making Steps
1. Wash the rice: Wash the rice with water and soak it for about half an hour so that it can fully absorb the water.

6. Cutting: Cut the rolled out dough into thin strips, as wide as you like.
7. Boil the noodles: Put the cut noodles into a pot, add the right amount of water and boil until the noodles become soft and sticky, then pull out and drain.
Eating Methods
Rice noodles can be made into many different dishes, such as rice noodle soup, rice noodle paste, rice noodle cake and so on. Among them, rice noodle soup is the most common way of serving. Put the cooked rice noodles into a bowl, add hot water, vegetables, meat and other ingredients, mix well and serve.
