The short crutch is a crutch, holding a short handle, and holding a weapon in each hand during the exercise. The crutches are T-shaped crutches with long and short handles perpendicular to the "D" shape, duck-billed crutches with short handles, and Gong Li crutches with short handles in a "Bu" shape at a quarter of the long handles. Some types of single crutches are as follows:
Two-character crutch: there are two transverse crutches at both ends of the handle, which are perpendicular to the handle, so it is named because the upper and lower transverse crutches form a "two-character" shape.
Niuxin monster: commonly known as daguai, it is one of the rare weapons in Huaquan Gate. It is characterized by opening the big mark, long opening and long hitting, and sealing and hitting. That is to say, move like flying, coordinate your body and turn around, and turn around and start shaking. The main methods are: grasping, chopping, sweeping, hanging, cutting, picking, lifting, erecting, locking, tying, twisting, lifting, pointing and shoveling.
Cross: the handle is made of wood, about 2 feet 5 inches long, and the horizontal handle is 8 inches 3 minutes long. The upper end of the handle is equipped with a spear, and the lower part is a grip. On the left of the crossbar are spikes, and on the right are crescent shovel. You can hit people on three sides. It became a cross, hence the name. There are four right angles at the intersection of horizontal and vertical handles, which have the functions of frame, grid, dial and pull respectively.
Step turn: a short turn. The upper end of the handle rotates vertically and horizontally, showing the shape of "Bu", hence the name.
Up and down: a short turn. The upper and lower ends of the hand crank have a protruding horizontal handle, hence the name.
Crochet handle: there is a crochet head at both ends of the handle. One third from both ends of the crank, there is a protruding horizontal handle. The horizontal handles are in the same direction. Its usage has the characteristics of gun and crutch.
Yuanyang Guai: There is a bend in the middle of the Guai Tang. Two ends of the hand crank are provided with horizontal handles protruding in opposite directions. The characteristics of turn, the structure of turn is varied, but the practice method is roughly the same, and the hitting direction is varied when using. The hitting methods of a single circle are chopping, smashing, rolling, jumping, supporting, patting, patting, taking, hooking, hanging and cutting. The crutches can be taken, covered, turned and beaten. In addition to routines, you can also practice in pairs, such as "turning the knife to the gun" and "turning the gun with both hands".
Shaolin single crutch is one of the authentic traditional Shaolin instruments. The legend is named after the single crutch used by the founder of Dharma. It is a rare routine in Shaolin traditional instruments to combine the movements of LUN, Pressing, Racking, Sweeping and Chopping.
