China's judicial system
Legal Analysis: People's Republic of China (PRC)'s judicial system is composed of state judicial organs (courts), state procuratorial organs (procuratorates) and administrative organs with administrative and judicial functions (public security organs, state security organs and judicial administrative organs). The Supreme People's Court is the highest judicial organ and the Supreme People's Procuratorate is the highest procuratorial organ.
