The painting method of Yunnan heavy color painting
Materials: To draw heavy color paintings, you need to use Korean paper, which is commonly known as raw rice paper. The raw materials for making paintings can be gouache, Chinese painting pigments, or oil pastels, etc.
Steps: First, use a pencil to draw the drawing on one side of the Korean paper, and then color it to draw the effect you actually want.
When the painting is completed, (if it is gouache, wait until the gouache paint is completely dry) turn over the painting and use dark (black or blue) paint on the back of the Korean paper, and the dark background in the painting will appear.
.
But there is a premise that when you are painting before, you need to deliberately leave some blanks and do not paint a large area. These blanks will only appear when you apply dark paint, and on the parts you have already colored
The appearance of dark pigments will not be obvious.
After the first two steps are completed, you can then trace the front side of the painting. When tracing, you can use gouache or acrylic paint.
I only know so much. If you want to learn more professional painting methods, you should look for some teaching materials.
