How to make homemade seabuckthorn juice and how to make it delicious?

Step 1: Soak the harvested seabuckthorn for one night. After picking seabuckthorn, they are all with branches. When soaking, make sure that all seabuckthorn with branches are submerged.

Step 2: Take out the soaked seabuckthorn and rinse it with clear water. This step is very important, if it is not cleaned, it will bring in impurities and seriously affect the taste. It is recommended to wash with high pressure water.

Step 3: Boil a pot of water, keep the pot boiling, and pass the branches of Hippophae rhamnoides through the water one by one to ensure that they stay in the water for more than fifteen seconds. This move is for sterilization, although it will cause some damage to seabuckthorn fruit, but it is also necessary for hygiene.

Step 4: Boil another pot of water and boil the finished seabuckthorn in batches. In the process of cooking, you can use a household filter to stir under pressure to ensure that the fruit particles are fully cracked. Nine times out of ten it will break. Then the seabuckthorn branches are fished out, and this is repeated until all the seabuckthorn branches are processed and the preliminary production of seabuckthorn juice is completed!

Step 5: precipitate the seabuckthorn juice in the pot for half an hour, then take the corresponding container containing the seabuckthorn juice and prepare for filtration. When pouring into the container, pay attention to the slow speed, so as not to bring in the sediment at the bottom of the pot. The last part can be dumped directly. This part may contain residual impurities and can only be dumped for health reasons.

Step 6: After the seabuckthorn juice is cooled, add sugar and honey according to personal taste, and drink it after it is completely melted. Tip: It tastes better in cold storage!

Seabuckthorn to be treated needs to be cut into appropriate lengths and sizes in advance to help fruit particles break under the pressure of hedges.

Tools needed: ordinary grates, steel wire grates and scissors. Ordinary grates are pressurized, steel wire grates are filtered, and scissors are used to trim the size.

After passing through the water, make sure that the water is in a boiling state, and soak for 15 seconds or more. Of course, if you are not afraid of diarrhea, you can skip this step haha!

The water is obviously clean.

Then boil a pot of water, add some seabuckthorn, squeeze with a sieve and stir.

Finally, filter with steel wire, then pour out the tail soup, add sugar and honey, and you're done!
