Ingredients: 1 trotters, a little oil, a little rock sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and a proper amount of sliced ginger and garlic.
Steps:
