In career evaluation, type C stands for traditional type.

Traditional job matching includes nurses, nursing assistants, hospital handyman, hairdresser and school child service personnel.

Three types of career assessment:

1. Social personality tendency: characterized by cooperation, friendliness, generosity, helpfulness, kindness, responsibility, tact, sociability, understanding, persuasiveness, idealism, etc., which is manifested in loving social occupations or situations, avoiding actual occupations or situations, and solving work and other problems with social skills, but lacking mechanical and scientific abilities.

2. Realistic personality tendency: it has the characteristics of obedience, frankness, modesty, naturalness, perseverance, practicality, courtesy, shyness, steadiness and frugality, which is manifested in loving the actual occupation or situation, engaging in favorite activities, and avoiding social occupations or situations.

3. Traditional personality tendency: obedient, cautious, conservative, self-controlled, obedient, regular, persevering, practical, stable and efficient, but lacking in imagination, manifested as liking traditional occupations or environments, avoiding artistic occupations or situations, and solving work or other problems with traditional abilities.
