Provisions on the administration of over-limit transport vehicles on highways

Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Highway Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Highway Safety and other laws and administrative regulations in order to strengthen the management of over-limit transport vehicles on highways and ensure the safety of highway facilities and people's lives and property. ?

Article 2. Vehicles carrying out over-limit transportation shall abide by these provisions when transporting goods by road. ?

Article 3 The overloaded transport vehicles mentioned in these Provisions refer to cargo transport vehicles under any of the following circumstances:

(a) the total height of the goods above the ground is more than 4 meters;

(2) The total width of the goods exceeds 2.55 meters;

(3) The total length of the goods exceeds 18. 1 m;

(4) Double-axle trucks with a total mass exceeding 18000 kg;

(5) Three-axle trucks with a total mass exceeding 25,000 kilograms; Three-axle car trains with a total mass exceeding 27,000 kg;

(6) Four-axle trucks with a total mass exceeding 365,438+0,000 kg; Four-axle car trains with a total cargo mass of over 36,000 kg;

(7) Five-axle automobile trains with a total mass exceeding 43,000 kilograms;

(8) Six-axle and six-axle automobile trains, with the total cargo mass exceeding 49,000 kilograms, of which the tractor transmission shaft is single-axle, and the total cargo mass exceeding 46,000 kilograms.

When determining the qualification standards specified in the preceding paragraph, the following requirements shall also be observed:

(1) The two-axis group is calculated as two axes, and the three-axis group is calculated as three axes;

(2) Except for the drive axle, the tires on both sides of two-axle group, three-axle group, semi-trailer and full-trailer axle are calculated as double tires. If the tires on both sides of each axle are single tires, the limit standard will be reduced by 3000 kg except for installing widened tires that meet the relevant national standards;

(3) The maximum allowable total mass of the vehicle shall not exceed the sum of the maximum allowable axle weights of each axle;

(four) tractors, agricultural vehicles and low-speed trucks, with the total mass approved by the driving license as the limited standard;

(5) Refrigerated trucks, automobile trains, air-suspended vehicles and special-purpose operation vehicles that meet the requirements of the outline size, axle load and quality limit of automobiles, trailers and automobile trains (GB 1589) are not regarded as out-of-gauge transport vehicles.
