How to solve this physical equation? I wrote it out, but I can't work it out.

How do you mean the four equations are combined to get the answer?

x 1=L 1-L0 - ( 1)

L2 = kx2/mω 2-l 1-(2) is obtained from the second equation.

Substitute (2) into L2=L0+x2 to get x2 = (l0+l1) mω 2/(k-mω 2)-(3).

Then substitute (1) and (3) into the first equation to get the answer.
