1. Asphalt mixture mixing equipment

Then Bomag set up a wholly-owned company in Shanghai and Wittgen in Langfang, Hebei. 3. Stabilized soil plant mixing equipment
Stabilized soil plant mixing equipment is one of the main types of pavement construction machinery, which is widely used in highway and urban road base and subbase construction, and also suitable for other freight yards, parking lots, airports and other projects that need stable materials.
China began to develop stabilized soil plant mixing equipment in 1980s, and has produced nearly 1,000 sets so far, which has played a key role in China's highway construction. Domestic stabilized soil plant mixing equipment mostly adopts the structural arrangement form of movable combination or movable parts, and the product specification is 50 ~ 300 t/h. 4. Asphalt distributor
Asphalt paver is a kind of pavement construction machinery with the longest use history in road construction machinery. In 1950s, the road surface in China began to blacken, but at the beginning, asphalt was sprayed by hand paver. The self-propelled asphalt distributor was introduced from the Soviet Union in 1950s and 1960s. 1963, the repair shop of Zhongnan Highway Engineering Office (predecessor of Chenzhou Road Machinery Factory) began to develop domestic asphalt distributor on the basis of Soviet asphalt distributor. From the industrial level at that time, this model improved labor productivity and promoted the development of asphalt highway construction. 5. Chip Spreader
According to the construction requirements, the spreader can continuously, quantitatively and evenly spread stones of certain specifications on asphalt-sprayed subgrade, pavement base or surface. When the asphalt pavement is constructed by layered paving method, the asphalt distributor will spray viscous asphalt evenly on the pavement according to the construction requirements, then spread the stone with the chip distributor, and finally compact it with the roller.
In 1960s, China began to popularize the technology of paving asphalt pavement. The early asphalt pavement construction technology is the original asphalt distributor spreading asphalt and paving stone chips manually, which not only requires a lot of labor, but also has low efficiency, poor paving quality, high labor intensity and environmental pollution. 1978, the SA3C self-propelled film laying machine was developed, and small self-propelled film laying machines, towed or suspended film laying machines were also developed by transportation system manufacturers in various provinces and cities, but no mass production scale was formed. After 1980s, with the increase of asphalt pavement, the construction technology of layer paving method was basically replaced by hot mixing method, especially for high-grade asphalt pavement. Therefore, the output of chip diffuser is not large, and its technology has not been developed and improved accordingly.
2. Pavement maintenance machinery
Building this highway requires a lot of investment. In the process of using the highway, due to the repeated action of vehicle load, erosion and destruction of natural factors, aging of materials and environmental pollution, as well as some defects and hidden dangers left in the design and construction, the highway will be degraded and damaged in different forms, and the service performance of the highway will be weakened continuously, limiting the smooth flow of the highway until the traffic and highway reconstruction are interrupted. Therefore, in the process of highway use, it is necessary to properly maintain the highway network in good condition for a long time, maintain the safety and normal traffic of the highway, and make the highway investment produce good benefits. Due to the late development of highway maintenance machinery in China, there is still a lot of room for development. Pavement maintenance machinery mainly includes: comprehensive maintenance vehicle, joint filling machine, slurry sealing machine, milling machine, recycling equipment, etc.
1. Comprehensive maintenance vehicle
Looking back at the development of highway construction in China, the fifties and sixties of last century were the era of gravel pavement, and then the residual oil pavement and asphalt pavement were gradually developed until today's expressway. With the rapid development of national economy, the mileage of highway is increasing year by year, and the traffic is getting busier, which aggravates the task of highway maintenance. Everyone has also made a lot of efforts in highway mechanization maintenance.
In the early 1970s, a multifunctional asphalt pavement repair vehicle was developed, which was basically a small mobile asphalt mixer. Because of its low efficiency, high energy consumption, difficult quality assurance and poor reliability, it has not been popularized and applied. In the early 1980s, great progress was made in the research and development of asphalt pavement repair vehicles. Domestic automobile chassis was selected and electro-hydraulic transmission was adopted. With the need of highway development, asphalt pavement repair vehicles and their technologies from many countries have entered China one after another, which has promoted the development of comprehensive maintenance vehicles in China.
At present, there are three main types of products developed in China: ① asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle with thermal storage tank, ② asphalt mixture regeneration maintenance vehicle, ③ asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle with heating wall, etc. Comprehensive maintenance vehicle is an indispensable maintenance equipment in highway maintenance and has broad development prospects.
2. Joint filling machine
Joint filling machine is a special equipment for road maintenance. Although cracks have little effect on pavement function in the early stage, the expansion of cracks will gradually weaken the bearing capacity of the structure, and the seepage of cracks will lead to the scouring and water stability of the structural layer below the base, which will lead to diseases such as network cracks and cracks, reduce the service level of pavement and affect pavement function. Joint filling is a preventive maintenance measure, which can prolong the service life of asphalt pavement and has low construction cost.
Domestic combined filling machine started late. With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the early domestic joint filling operation can only introduce foreign joint filling machines, and the domestic joint filling machine started on the basis of referring to imported foreign joint filling machines. At present, many domestic enterprises can produce caulking machines, but the model is single, the production capacity is small, and it is only suitable for small-area crack repair operations, and most of the construction is manual and semi-mechanized. 3. Slurry seal coat
As an effective means of highway preventive maintenance, slurry seal coat has been paid attention to and adopted by many highway maintenance departments.

4. Milling machine
Pavement milling machine is one of the main types of asphalt pavement maintenance and construction machinery, which is mainly used for excavation and renovation of asphalt concrete pavements such as expressways, urban roads, airports, freight yards and parking lots, and is widely used in large and medium-sized maintenance and construction of asphalt pavements.
The research and development of pavement milling machine in China began in 1980s. A simple 1m milling machine was developed from Xiangfan, Hubei Province, with Tieniu 66 tractor as the chassis. From 65438 to 0987, Zhenjiang Pavement Machinery Factory developed LX50 milling machine with reference to foreign models. 1990, Tianjin Road and Bridge Maintenance Factory also developed LX 1000 milling machine. A large number of foreign asphalt pavement milling machines have entered, and domestic asphalt pavement milling machines have also developed rapidly. After 1999, Zhenjiang Brilliance Huatong Pavement Machinery Co., Ltd., a joint venture, developed LXZY 1000 milling machine with high technical level on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced technology. Subsequently, some enterprises also developed 1000mm milling machine; Xugong Group introduced the production technology of 2m model from Wittgen, Germany. In 2000, based on 1m milling machine, Zhenjiang Brilliance Huatong Company developed the first domestic milling machine with recycling device, which made the domestic asphalt pavement milling machine take an important step to the whole series. Since 2002, some domestic manufacturers have been optimistic about the market potential of pavement milling machines, and some enterprises have developed and manufactured large-scale pavement milling machines with modern hydraulic transmission technology and electronic control technology based on the experience of similar products abroad.
5. Recycling equipment
Asphalt pavement recycling equipment is a machine that reprocesses old asphalt pavement materials to restore their performance and reuse them. It is suitable for repairing asphalt pavement with cracks, ruts, various deformations and wear, and is one of the special machines for pavement maintenance. The recycling of old asphalt pavement materials in China is developing slowly. In recent years, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places have carried out recycling projects of old asphalt pavement materials. With the development of highway construction and the continuous increase of highway mileage in China, the recycling technology of old asphalt pavement will be widely used in China. By imitating foreign products, a regenerative heating drum is added to asphalt mixture mixing equipment in China. Many enterprises can produce this new model. Since the maintenance project of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway in 2002, in-situ geothermal regeneration technology has quietly emerged in China, and many enterprises have been developing in-situ geothermal regeneration equipment. In recent years, cold recycling technology has also made great progress in China, and many provinces and cities have carried out research and application of cold recycling technology based on emulsified asphalt and foamed asphalt.
