The simpl method of chicken manure fermentation

The simplest method of chicken manure fermentation is to mix chicken manure with carbonaceous materials and naturally ferment under suitable environmental conditions.

This method is suitable for areas with warm and humid climate. Chicken manure is a common organic fertilizer with rich nutrition, but it also contains a lot of ammonia and microorganisms. Therefore, fermentation is needed to reduce ammonia volatilization and kill potential pathogenic microorganisms. During composting, chicken manure is mixed with carbon-containing substances such as straw and rice husk to form a compost heap with a thickness of about 1.5-2 m, and carbon-containing substances are evenly distributed on each layer of chicken manure.

Keep the compost heap moist, cover it with heat preservation materials and turn it over regularly to promote the fermentation process. Fermentation by fermentation compost machine: Using professional fermentation compost machine, chicken manure, straw and other raw materials are put into the machine for fermentation. The machine can control parameters such as temperature, ventilation and humidity, speed up the fermentation process and obtain high-quality compost.

Fermentation mode

Bucket fermentation: put carbon-containing substances such as chicken manure, sawdust and rice husk into a plastic bucket, add appropriate amount of water, and adjust the humidity to about 60%. Stir the materials regularly, maintain proper humidity and ventilation conditions, and promote fermentation. Making solid fermentation pile: chicken manure is mixed with carbon-containing substances such as straw and rice husk to form a pile with a thickness of about 1.5-2 meters in a fixed area. Add a proper amount of water and cover with plastic film to moisturize. Turn the pile regularly to promote the uniform distribution of fermentation and humidity.

Nozzle fermentation method: chicken manure is put into a nozzle system, microbial inoculum and water are sprayed on the chicken manure through the nozzle and stirred. This method can evenly distribute microorganisms and water and promote the fermentation process. Mask fermentation method: chicken manure is mixed with water to make paste, dried on a tarpaulin in a large area, and then covered with heat preservation. Turn the mask regularly to accelerate fermentation.
