When Yuan Weiping was in middle school, he fell in love with China's traditional culture, qigong for health preservation, and after reading Zhouyi, Huangdi Neijing and other books, he became curious about Chinese medicine. As a folk Chinese medicine practitioner, my father treated the people in Shiliba Township for free after meals, which was well received. At that time, my father collected some books on Chinese medicine, such as Tan Yaji, Collection of Good Friends, Supplementary Explanation of Lei Gong's Medicinal Properties, and Shortcut of Pearl Capsule Prescriptions. In my spare time, I often read these books about Chinese medicine. Over time, I became interested in Chinese medicine, and gradually learned Chinese medicine, thus embarking on the road of Chinese medicine. I studied Chinese medicine with my father in my early years.

From 65438 to 0998, Yuan Weiping returned to his hometown after graduating from Shandong University of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. He responded to the party's call, took root in the rural grassroots, served as a barefoot doctor, and saved lives in eight neighboring towns, which was well received by the people in his hometown.

In 2006, China took the lead in carrying out the pilot project of "New Rural Cooperative Medical System" in Anhui Province.
