Tips:

1. After the finished tiramisu is frozen and taken out, cover it on the mold with a warm towel and demould it for a while.

2. The cocoa powder should be screened after the mold is removed, so that it is not easy to make flowers on the cake body, and the shape is bright and beautiful.

3. The surface taste of cocoa powder mixed with a small amount of sugar powder is better after sieving, but only cocoa powder is slightly bitter.

Elephant wine is a kind of sweet spirit with chocolate flavor and rich flavor. If not, make it with rum or Bailey liqueur and coffee powder.

Most of them dip finger cakes in coffee and wine, but I still think it is better to mix wine with tiramisu paste.
