What rural revitalization policies are there?

Rural revitalization policies are as follows:

Article 6

The state establishes and improves the system, mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas, promotes the orderly flow of urban and rural elements, the equal exchange and the balanced allocation of public resources, insists on supplementing agriculture with industry and bringing rural areas with cities, and promotes the formation of a new type of relationship between workers and peasants that is mutually reinforcing, complementary, coordinated and prosperous between urban and rural areas. The state strengthens the protection and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources and the construction of germplasm resources bank, supports the research on basic, cutting-edge and applied technologies of breeding, implements the cultivation of improved varieties of crops and livestock and poultry and tackling key problems in breeding technology, encourages the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of seed industry and the promotion of excellent varieties, establishes and implements the national security review mechanism of seed industry, and promotes the high-quality development of seed industry.
