North china university of technology was founded in 1946, formerly known as the National Peiping Advanced Industrial Vocational School. After the founding of New China, it belongs to the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation. 1985 was renamed, and 1998 was transferred to Beijing management. Now it has developed into an institution of higher learning with engineering as the mainstay, with seven disciplines of science, engineering, literature, economics, management, law and art developing in harmony, with outstanding advantages in engineering and distinctive characteristics.
